We were delighted with the way that Castle Construction handled the project and also with the quality of the build. Paul effectively managed the build for us and was incredibly resourceful in finding solutions to challenges faced during the build. He clearly has great expertise and takes an enormous amount of pride in his work.

We appointed Castle Construction after a personal recommendation. Our architects, who had worked with Castle Construction before, also endorsed our appointment. I am happy to say that, after using Paul and his team, we too would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone and indeed have done so on several occasions. And if we were to need any future building work done, then Castle Construction would definitely be our first port of call.

Castle Construction built a large high spec side extension to our home in the first half of 2012 - a two storey front section and one storey vaulted kitchen at the rear. Right from the quotation stage we were impressed by their professionalism and integrity, the administratrive side being handled smoothly by Jo and the build by Paul who showed genuine commitment and sensitivity to the project throughout, down to the smallest detail. We're delighted with the results -  Paul was a pleasure to have around and we were actually sorry to see him go when it was finished!

My partner and I bought our first home which was in a less than ideal state, but a great starter home none the less. We had a very small kitchen roughly 4.5m x4.5m with virtually no storage and worktop space. We both knew we had to try to utilise the space to greater effect but had no clue with no previous trade experience on how to achieve this in such a small environment.

We contacted Castle Construction who couldn't have been more helpful and insightful with an abundance of ideas from the offset. Castle Construction helped us to achieve the unthinkable and turn our cramped un-utilisable kitchen into a modern sculptured centre piece of our 1970 terraced home. The whole team at Castle Construction are uniquely talented and professional right from the design and consultancy stage to the vision and creativity and tidiness on the job.

We came across many stumbling blocks whilst commencing on the build which presented challenges to Paul and the team as the house we bought had not been renovated since its build in early 1970s. This made adapting the space to a modern bespoke kitchen challenging to say the least but Paul, Jo and the whole team transformed our dated and dysfunctional kitchen into a beautiful modern centre piece of our home with modern white units and stainless steal fittings combined with beautifully cut and installed solid oak worktops.

Castle Construction held our hand through the whole process from design to completion they worked on time within our budget and proved professionalism and an organised tidy working environment in a rather challenging refit.

We both have no previous experience of a build just a rough concept and ideas. From the moment we spoke to Jo in the office and had our first consultation with Paul we was both put at ease. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication we have a beautiful custom kitchen.

We used Castle Construction (after they were recommended to us) for a single story kitchen extension. It's always a risk and a worry choosing a builder as you don't know what their work is like etc. However, we didn't need to worry at all as Paul and his team were absolutely brilliant!

Nothing was too much trouble and he listened to all of our requests and suggested other great ideas too. Their work was second to none and were punctual and extremely tidy throughout. Once we realized how friendly, hard working and professional they were we continued to have other jobs done. They fitted our kitchen and made a bespoke fake fireplace above our oven which I had seen in a magazine! They also dug an extremely large fish pond, laid a patio and decking and came back a year later and laid our front driveway with picket fence. My parents were so impressed with their work that they also used Castle Construction for building work and so did their neighbours. I can't recommend them enough and would certainly use them in the future for any other projects.
